Custom metal art

Your design, cut from solid steel

Our CNC plasma table turns your design or logo into one-of-a-kind steel — ranch and business signage, fire pits, address markers, and seasonal pieces. Each piece is custom-built from heavy-gauge American steel and finished to withstand Montana weather.

How a custom piece works

  1. 1

    Share your idea

Send us a photo, logo, or sketch, along with the size and where it will be installed.

  2. 2

    Approve the proof

Amber prepares a mockup on the plasma table for your approval before any steel is cut.

  3. 3

    We cut & finish

We cut from heavy-gauge steel and finish with sandblasting and powder coat or paint for lasting durability.

  4. 4

About the shop

Rooted in Big Sandy and Rocky Boy

Central Machine & Ag Repair is a family-owned shop with roots in two of north-central Montana's communities. Chauncy Terry grew up in Big Sandy and trained as a welder before opening the shop in 2021. His wife, Amber, is from the Rocky Boy's Reservation — home of the Chippewa Cree Tribe — and runs the office and the CNC plasma table.

Together, the Terrys built a Native American–owned business proud to serve both the farms and ranches of the Golden Triangle and the families of the Bear Paw country and Rocky Boy. Two communities, one shop, and the same honest, straightforward work for everyone who comes through the door.

From livestock equipment and hydraulic repair to custom fabrication and plasma-cut steel art, we serve Chouteau County, the Bear Paws, and beyond.
